The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 376, 120(B), 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner forcibly committed rape upon the informant several times.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to land dispute between the parties, petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that informant is in the habit of filing such types of false case. It is further submitted that petitioner is an Army personnel and he has been implicated in this case only with a view to extort money. Informant is own Bhabho of the petitioner.

Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
