Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 30.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4113 of 2015, giving liberty to him to renew his prayer for bail, if his trial is not concluded within six months from the date of receipt of copy of the said order but again the bail of the petitioner is sought on the ground that the son of the petitioner is suffering from Cancer and the presence of the petitioner along with his son is essential so that petitioner could look after his son. The only allegation against the petitioner is that one country made revolver and three cartridges were recovered from his house for which petitioner has already remained in jail custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16836 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 since 6.11.2014. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S.Case No. 137 of 2006.
