It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the instant application, on conclusion of the investigation, as per instructions received, final form has been submitted in the case. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Court below has not passed final orders on the same.

In view of the above facts especially in view of the investigation in the case having concluded and final form having been submitted, this application is disposed of with

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2060 of 2017(7) dt.03-01-2022 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to challenge the orders passed on the said final form, if so advised.

The Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case of the parties.
