In the background of land dispute it has been alleged that while informant along with his sons were going to plough, both the petitioners including others so named threatened and then chased in order to assault. They ran therefrom however, his handicapped son Sudarshan did not manage to escape therefrom and on account thereof, was brutally assaulted. As apparent, subsequently he died. Because of the fact that there happens to be omnibus allegation as well as being under custody since 09.01.2014 coupled with the fact that other co-accused have already been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.51328 of 2014, Cr. Misc. No.46946 of 2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17227 of 2015 (2) dt.04-05-2015 Accordingly, petitioners Sanjay Yadav, Mohan Yadav each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No.34 of 2014.
