Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with co-accused Randhir Kumar assaulted the informant by means of lathi and when family members of the informant came to rescue, they were also assaulted by other accused. There is case and counter case between the parties and from perusal of the injury report of the informant as annexure 3 to the supplementary affidavit, I find that, altogether, four injuries were found on the person of the informant, out of them, three injuries said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon were found grievous in nature whereas remaining one injury was said
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12865 of 2016 (3) dt.04-04-2016 to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Shayamal Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Danapur in Dulhin Bazar P.S.
