JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 10-07-2019 This modification application is filed for making correction in the station of the police case as mentioned in synopsis and paragraph 1 of the writ petition which reads 'Barh P.S. Case No. 244 of 2018' in place of 'Giriyak P.S. Case No. 244 of 2018'. It is because of such typographical error occurring that there is also a typographical error occurring in our judgment dated 08.02.2011 accordingly.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and
Patna High Court MJC No.1895 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 while permitting learned counsel for the petitioner to correct the station of the police case as occurring in synopsis as well as paragraph 1 of the writ petition to read as Giriyak P.S. Case No. 244 of 2018, we modify our judgment dated 08.02.2019 in so far as the station of the police case is concerned which reads 'Barh P.S. Case No. 244 of 2018' and shall stand modified to read as 'Giriyak P.S. Case No. 244 of 2018' and shall be deemed to have been pronounced as such.
With the modification aforementioned, the miscellaneous application is allowed.
