Petitioner seeks bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No.194 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414, 467, 468, 471, 472, 419, 420, 171 and 120-B Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that alleged recovery of four vehicles, one double barrel gun, and nineteen cartridges have been made from the house of Mithilesh Singh. The petitioner and other accused have been arrested by the police from the house of Mithilesh Singh.

Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating that two of the seized vehicles have already

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that coaccused, Aditya Kumar @ Neeraj Singh, with similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by this Court by order dated 13.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31740 of 2019. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Saraiya P.S.
