Through this writ petition the petitioners seek release
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.2087 of 2018 (3) dt.14-09-2018 of the victims, who are being kept in Short Stay & Women Health Care Home, Purnea, without any authority or order of the Court.
It is contended that they are victims and not accused in the concerned case.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we would direct the State to produce all the victims, as stated in the writ petition, before the Court concerned on Tuesday (18.9.2018) along with the medical report, which will take a decision for their release in accordance with law preferably on the same day as according to the learned Counsel for the State medical etc. of the victims has already been done. This disposes of the writ petition.
