The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bidupur P. S. Case No. 30 of 2020 dated 25.01.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are the married sisters-in-law of the deceased. The accusation against them is very

The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bidupur P. S. Case No. 30 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. The application stands allowed.
