The petitioner seeks bail in Taraiya P.S. Case No. 23/2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 56/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by the court with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Six witnesses have already been examined even the informant has become hostile, but it appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner is that he fired causing the death of the deceased. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23906 of 2016 (2) dt.09-11-2016 2/2 enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail accordingly the same is rejected.
The Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
