2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 65 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Petitioner is the husband of opposite party no.2. The allegation is of demand of dowry and torture.
4. By earlier order, the matter had been sent to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for resolution of disputes between the parties but the same has failed.
5. It appears after interaction with both the parties that

No.33024 of 2024(6) dt.28-04-2025 2/3 the petitioner is ready to take his wife along with him in his house and the opposite party no. 2 is also ready to stay with her husband but in his own house in the village where he would keep her with due dignity and honour and not in the house of Patidars. The petitioner, at this stage, gives the assurance that he would keep his wife, opposite party no. 2, in his own house in the village with all respect and honour.

In such view of the matter, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 65 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. and subject to the further condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation/trial.
7. The petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are directed to appear before the learned court below on 15.05.2025 and on that date the petitioner would take his wife along with him to his own house in the village.

8. The parties to the proceeding would once again make their appearance before the learned court below after 15 days to inform the court that they are staying together in the house of the petitioner in the village. .
