The petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2014 in a case for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code subsequently section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation in the first information report is general and omnibus allegation as against the petitioner and others. It is further submitted that, in fact, there was some dispute between the parties, as a result of which, this petitioner had also sustained head injuries for which he filed a case bearing Bounsi P.S. Case No. 180 of 2014 under Sections 341, 324, 308, 447, 506 against the informant and others. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that there is a dispute between the parties as a result of which both side sustained injuries, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S.
