====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

In this case, the State submits that the order of suspension vide Memo No.1448 dated 10.07.2018 has been withdrawn and as such this writ petition has become infructuous but State should be given liberty to exercise the executive power again under the Rule against the petitioner.

The State is at liberty to exercise the power as provided under the Rule.

With the aforesaid liberty, this writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
