Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that in course of investigation, name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Guddu Mahto who has already been granted privilege of bail by this court vide order dated 20.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 11043/2015.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Nabinagar P.S. Case no. 180/2013. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
