The grievance of the petitioner is that his complete payment for the work done has not been made by the Department despite a completion certificate issued to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to this. In case, the petitioner invokes the said remedy within three weeks from today, the Tribunal shall take a decision expeditiously, in any case, not later than two months. The writ petition stands disposed off.
