2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1540C/2022.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that prior to the present case, the informant had filed a case, in which the petitioner was granted bail by the court below. It is further submitted that for the similar type of allegation, this case has been filed for the second time.
4. None appeared on behalf of o.p.no.2, whereas vakalatnama has been filed. On previous date i.e. on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34380 of 2025(5) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 24.11.2025 as well, the learned counsel for the petitioner was in appearance, but none had appeared on behalf of o.p.no.2.
5. Mr. J.N. Thakur, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Complaint Case No. 1540C/2022.
