2. MJC No. 3045 of 2018 was preferred for compliance of order dated 06.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 332 of 2016.
3. Learned State counsel has taken this Court to paragraph 7 of the show cause, filed on behalf of the opposite
Patna High Court MJC No.3045 of 2018(12) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 party No. 3, which read as follows:
"That it is humbly stated that in view of the decision taken by Divisional Establishment meeting dated benefits of ACP extended to Committee in 18.09.2018, & its the MACP has been the petitioner vide office order contained in memo no. 1205 dated 26.09.2018, issued under the signature of the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Patna Division, Patna and accordingly, the order of this Hon'ble Court has been complied with."
4. This Court is convinced that the order passed of Writ Court stands complied.
5. MJC No. 3045 of 2018 is disposed of.
