The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the minor daughter of the informant went traceless on 03.11.2015. On next day the informant met with Md. Alam at Barauni Railway Station, who conveyed that the victim has been abducted by coaccused Akram but the informant found mobile number of Akram switched off.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9557 of 2016 (2) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. The victim abducted on 03.11.2015 when the FIR was lodged on 04.11.2015 and the petitioner has been roped in simply because he happens to be brother of Akram. The victim and Akram both are still traceless.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the thrust of accusation against Akram, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Refinery O.P.) P.S. Case No. 409 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
