The petitioner seeks bail in Uphara P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 385, 386, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence while the informant was sitting on the Pakka Pul at the Pain (canal) along with three persons, petitioner and other accused persons came and made demand of Rs.1,00,000/- to give to Maovadi Sangathan. They gave threat of dire consequences if the money is not paid within four days. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The other co-accused have already been granted bail by coordinate Bench
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31531 of 2019(2) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 of this Court vide order dated 19.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 25385 of 2019.
Petitioner is in custody since 26.2.2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Uphara P.S.
