JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 179/14 registered for the offence under sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, there was scuffle on the date of occurrence between the bride side and bride groom side in a marriage function. It is alleged that one of the persons involved in the scuffle opened fire which hit the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8363 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 In view of the above mentioned facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge IX, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 55 of 2015 arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case No. 179/14.
