JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be uncle of the informant and there appears to be land dispute between the parties. No doubt, there is allegation against the petitioner that he opened fire on the informant but, admittedly, the informant did not sustain any firearm injury. Furthermore, it is stated that petitioner hurled bomb causing injury to three labourers but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that all the aforesaid three injured persons sustained simple injuries said to be caused by hard and blunt substance.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12183 of 2016 (2) dt.29-03-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur ( East) Sadar P.S.Case No. 343 of 2015.
