JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that on instruction, he is not pressing the relief claimed for in the present writ application. It is next submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in the event, if a direction is given to the Municipal

Patna High Court CWJC No.15562 of 2017(3) dt.22-03-2023 2/3 Commissioner, Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2017 (Annexure-8) to the writ application, wherein a prayer has been made by the petitioner before the Municipal Commissioner that he should implement his own orders. The learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that a receiving was also given by the Corporation on 22.04.2017 on his representation.

The learned counsel for the Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation does not object to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, however, he submits that it may be a possibility that the representation, so submitted by the petitioner before the Muzaffarpur Corporation may not be found.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since his representation is on record, the same can be transmitted by the learned counsel for the Corporation also to the Municipal Commissioner, Muzaffarpur Corporation. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.15562 of 2017(3) dt.22-03-2023 3/3 disposed of with a direction to the Municipal Commissioner, Muzaffarpur to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed of with the direction aforesaid.
