The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although petitioner is named in the first informant report but from perusal of the fardbeyan of the informant, it would appear that the case of the petitioner is on similar footing to that of co-accused, Manoj Dom @ Bigaru Dom @ Bigaru, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 18-12-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50963 of 2015 and therefore, to maintain the parity of justice, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11821 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 amount each in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad (Bihar).
