The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 106 of 2020 dated 18.05.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 342, 324, 307 and 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some argument, Mr. Sarvdeo Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to surrender

The prayer is allowed.
