JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2021 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(a) For quashing of the entire Certificate Proceeding started in Case no. 01/2020-21 by the Certificate Officer, Gopalganj and the notice dated 27.02.2021 issued under the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act.

(b) For a direction to the District Certificate Officer, Gopalganj not to take any coercive step against the petitioner during pendency

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate amendment petition in one other writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no. 10234 of 2021, which also arises out of the same Certificate case, out of which the present writ petition arises. Liberty so sought, is granted. The present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
