Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was some default in the display board at the Bar Association and he could not be present when the matter was called out, although, he was very much present in the Court and that on the very next date on 08.08.2018 the petitioner filed a restoration application.

Considering the nature of the prayer and the circumstances with regard to the case, CWJC No. 4746 of 2011 is restored to its original file.

Patna High Court MJC No.3049 of 2018(3) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 Restoration application is accordingly allowed. Registry to take steps.
