JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is the writ petition being filed before this Hon'ble High Court on behalf of the aforesaid petitioners for issuance of a writ in the nature of 'Mandamus'

commanding and directing the state respondents to allow them to appear in the ongoing counseling process being taken by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna in reference to its advertisement No.05010115 of the year 2015 whereby the applications were invited for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13791 of 2021(2) dt.13-12-2023 2/3 suitable applicants to apply for the post of Lab Technicians and other categories and in pursuance of the same the petitioners herein above applied and they were allotted roll number 51504980 and 51507506 respectively thereafter the call letter was issued to them for appearing in the counseling on 29.06.2016 but the process for counseling was withheld the reason best known to the state respondents. And further prayer of the petitioners herein above are to direct the state respondents to stay the ongoing counseling process of the advertisement No.05010115 of the year 2015 for the reason that the petitioners herein above have not been allowed to participate in the ongoing counseling, although, they are having eligibility for the post of Lab Technicians against which they had applied in the year 2015 itself."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
