JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 387, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that extortion demand of rupees five crores were made and in case of non-payment, life threatening was given. The First Information Report was registered against unknown. Subsequently it was found that mobile of the petitioner was used for demand of extortion. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled as the IMEI number of the recovered mobile does not tally with the mobile through which extortion demand was made.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Moreover

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha(Patkhouli) P.S.
