We have perused the judgement delivered in L.P.A. No.1404 of 2018, decided on 1.4.2019. It appears that while passing of the order in the present case the last line mentioning

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1137 of 2018(5) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 the appeal to have been dismissed accordingly appears to have been transcribed inadvertently.

The aforesaid sentence "The appeal is accordingly dismissed" is recalled. The appeal shall stand disposed of on the same terms as L.P.A. No.1404 of 2018.

The period of six weeks as granted by us in the said appeal would be available to the appellant from today. (Amreshwar Pratap Sahi, CJ) ( Partha Sarthy, J) K.C.Jha/- U
