2. From paragraph VI of the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 4, it appears that the respondent no. 4 has decided to modify the map in question

Patna High Court CWJC No.8030 of 2023(5) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 and because of which the house of the petitioners will not be disturbed/demolished.
