Petitioner is accused in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015 registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Subodh Kumar. Thereafter, petitioner was remanded in this case showing the recovery of Rs. 30,000/- cash. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner. Further submission is that while the petitioner is accused in two other cases as detailed in paragraph no.3 of the bail petition but in both cases, he is on bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9598 of 2016 (3) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 and in the present case, he is in custody since 06.10.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.155 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
