Patna High Court CWJC No.9030 of 2022(2) dt.01-07-2022 2/3 " 1. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari or appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for the following reliefs:- A) For a direction to the respondents concerned especially to the Chief Secretary or the Director of Education, Patna, Bihar to enquire the matter as to why and how about missing the file in District Teachers Appointment Authority, Chapra with relates to Case No. 164/2011.
B) For a direction to lodge an F.I.R. against the guilty respondents specially against D.E.O, Saran, B.D.O, Ekma, BEO Ekma and the Member (Present of Past) of District Appellate Authority under which circumstances and conspiracy the file of Case No. 164 of 2021 has been missed.
C) For a direction to lodge an F.I.R. against the D.M. Saran who failed to command his subordinate authority in which the life of several candidates has been damaged by the dirty game of respondents.
D) To enquire the matter through the vigilance for ends of Justice.
E) And also for necessary relief/ reliefs, order/ orders, direction/ directions for which the petitioner is entitled for.
After the matter was heard for some time, finding
Patna High Court CWJC No.9030 of 2022(2) dt.01-07-2022 3/3 the Court not in favour of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law. Prayer allowed.
The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
Interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
