The petitioner has been in custody in Buxar (M) P. S. Case No. 181 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case in between the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in fact it was the side of the informant, which had engaged themselves as aggressors.

It is further submitted that similarly situated persons have already been extended the privilege of bail by Hon'ble Benches of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9287 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 45514 of 2014 as also Cr. Misc. No. 47625 of 2014 vide order dated 30.01.2018.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner Premchand Ram @ Premchandra Ram be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014.
