JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have pressurized the informant to issue receipts in respect of supply of C.M.R. and, accordingly, he is said to have created hurdle in discharge of official duty of the informant. Petitioner is in jail custody since 04.01.2016 and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Mehendia P.S.Case No. 112 of 2015.
