The writ court had simply in its order dated 20.08.2016 has observed that if any unpaid amount is there the respondent authorities shall clear the same.

The petitioner however chose the contempt route. A show-cause has been filed duly put on affidavit in 2018 to show that the dues that was remaining with the petitioner already stands paid.

There is no rejoinder to the said show-cause of the opposite party.

The contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of.
