The petitioner has been in custody since 30.06.2014 in Rajepur P. S. Case No. 45/2013 registered for offences under section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the three petitioners-accused have been falsely implicated in this case and nothing incriminating articles have been recovered from their possession and no demand of ransom has been made from the said mobile no. 9430853051, which is valid.

It is further submitted that though there was no connection with the petitioner with the alleged ransom demand,

Considering the aforementioned submissions and the time of detention of the petitioner, let petitioner Amardeo Rai be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikarahana at Motihari, East Champaran in Rajepur P.S.Case No. 45 of 2013.
