Petitioners of all the above applications are accused in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 301 of 2015 registered under Sections 364(A)/34, 302, 201 and 120(B) of the I.P.C. Therefore, the above applications are being heard together and disposed of by this order.

The Accusation is that brother of the informant in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9765 of 2016 (3) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 course of morning walk was kidnapped by 6 unknown criminals forcibly from the Railway Platform, Pachrukhi with intention to kill or for ransom.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. The names of the petitioners, Ajay Singh and Sabita Devi have come in the confessional statement of Papu Singh and the name of petitioner Anil Kumar Singh in confessional statement of Arvind Singh as detailed respectively in paragraph nos. 105 an 109 of the case diary. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioners to show their involvement in the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., VII, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 301 of 2015.
