Mr. Arun Kumar No.1, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Pankaj Kumar SC-12 for the Respondent-State and Mr. Kishore Kumar Sinha, counsel for the State Health Society are appearing and making submissions from their residence. The Court Master and Secretary are also part of this virtual court proceedings from their homes, all with the aid of audio visual technology.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11613 of 2019(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 The petitioner is working on contractual basis as a Data Manager in the Integrated Diseases Surveillance Project (For short IDSP). He submits that his parents are suffering with ailments. They require his care and, therefore, he shall approach the District Health Society (Respondent No.2) with request for transferring him to any District near Khagaria. The submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that in respect of District Programme Manager, the State Health Society has considered such request. In support of his submission, he draws the attention of the Court towards Annexure-6. Placing reliance on the same, he submits that he would be approaching the District Health Society (Respondent No.2).

In the event, the petitioner makes his application within a period of two (02) weeks, the District Health Society (Respondent No.2) would be obliged to ensure that the same is disposed off by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed off.
