The petitioner has been in custody since 26.11.2013 in Agam Kuan P. S. Case No. 350 of 2013 registered for offences under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. yet he was remanded in connection with present case only because one Abhay Kumar, who was arrested in connection with recovery of stolen motorcycle in Jakkanpur P. S. Case No. 335 of 2013 has stated his name in connection with the present case.

No.9307 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that no recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner and also he is languishing in jail since 26.11.2013, let the petitioner Vicky Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Ratan, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Patna City, Patna in Agam Kuan P.S.Case No. 350 of 2013.
