The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is husband of the deceased, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 280/2018 from the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Rosera, Samastipur.

The application is dismissed accordingly.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31311 of 2019(3) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 period of six months from today, if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before this Hon'ble Court.
