Ltd, Near DAV Public School, Shri Jagdamba Niwas Near DAV Public School, Saguna Khagaul Road, Patna 801503, with allotted Roll No.10300461.

ii) To reconsider the Petitioner's selection which she is disqualifying only on due to cut-off date 01.01.2021 (Annexure-P/1)."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is now gainfully employed, inasmuch as she is working as Community Health Officer on contractual basis, nonetheless she be granted liberty to participate in the fresh selection process, as and when the same is initiated and her case be considered in accordance with law. Liberty so sought is granted.
