JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Petitioner being husband of the complainant is languishing in custody since 17.01.2015 in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the I.P.C.

The basic accusation is of torture.

Earlier the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail but it could not be confirmed as the issue could not be resolved between the parties.

Considering the nature of accusation and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
