2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 33 litres & 900 ml. illicit Nepali liquor has been recovered from the road, which is alleged to be thrown by the accused persons.

4. Petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2025 and has got seven criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Trial Court report reveals that charge has been framed on 19.05.2025 and out of four chargesheeted witnesses, two witnesses have already been examined.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of similar nature, the prayer for bail of petitioner is
