On account of recovery of narcotic substance, Ganja from a rack lying by the side of a tea stall belonging to the petitioner weighing one kilogram. Petitioner is under custody since 05.11.2014.

Accordingly, petitioner, Mukesh Kumar @ Okil Rai @ Mokil Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Patna in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case no.673 of 2014, Special Case no.75 of 2014.
