The petitioner has statutory remedy of revision under the provisions of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 against the orders of the licensing authority and the appellate authority, which are under challenge in the present writ application.
In such view of the matter, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer revision petition. If
Patna High Court CWJC No.13765 of 2021(3) dt.22-04-2022 2/2 such revision application is filed within six weeks from today, the Court expects that the revisional authority shall dispose it of within two months.
We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the case.
