JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- " (i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to make the payment of compensation to the tune of Rs.4 lacs to the petitioner whose wife Late Rita Kumari died during her working period on the post of Anganbari Sewika at Anganbari Centre No.172, Ward No. 10, Panchayat- Bahilwara Govind, Saraiya, District- Muzaffarpur.

(ii) To direct the respondents to make the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9234 of 2022(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 payment of adequate/ appropriate compensation to the petitioner whose wife has been died during the working period in the light of Resolution No.666 (Mu). Dated 22-08-2015 issued by the Social Welfare Department, Bihar Patna."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, appropriate decision shall be taken thereon by the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
