2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for Setting aside the order dated 2/9/93 passed by learned Circle Officer Ghora Sahan in Basgit Parcha Case No. 14/93-94 by which the learned Circle Officer Ghora Sahan has given a parcha of 5 decimals of land out of the land bearing Khata No. 407 Plot No. 4564 Touzi No.299 Thana No.40 measuring total 52 decimals of land which was purchased by Kapil Deo Rai in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14736 of 2017(2) dt.29-04-2025 2/2 name of his son Shankar Rai situated in Village Bhelwa Tola Ruihatta.

3. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that he should have moved before the Collector, East Champaran, Motihari under the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1948.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the concerned authority.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
