JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 The present petition has been filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding for willful disobedience of the order dated 27.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 2740 of 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the direction of this Court dated 27.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 2740 of 2016, so far as payment of arrears of salary is concerned, has been complied with but the opposite parties failed to adopt corrective measures so far as payment of arrears
Patna High Court MJC No.3075 of 2018(6) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 of pension is concerned.
Considering the aforesaid, the Vice Chancellor, Kameshwer Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga (opposite party no. 3) is directed to take necessary decision in accordance with law with regard to corresponding pensionary benefits of the petitioner, if not already taken, within maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The present petition is disposed of.
