The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.711C/2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner, who is husband of O.P. No.2, and other co-accused persons are said to have tortured her physically and mentally for non-fulfillment of demand of additional dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No.711C/2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
