The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 337 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and others are alleged to have assaulted the informant. The petitioner assaulted the informant with butt of the pistol. When the informant confined himself in a room, the petitioner is alleged to have fired but the firing did not hit any one.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 02.02.2015, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
